3. Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, payments, deliveries, and agreements via peptidecenter.nl.

By placing an order, the customer declares to have read and agreed to these general terms and conditions.

Deviations from these terms and conditions are only valid when confirmed in writing by PeptideCenter.

5. Range and product information

PeptideCenter strives to display all product information, prices, images, stock statuses, and specifications as accurately as possible.

Obvious errors, typographical errors, or mistakes in the offer are not binding on PeptideCenter.

Product images are indicative. Packaging, label, batch information, or appearance may differ from the images shown.

Product information such as purity, analysis data, batch information, or lab results may vary by batch.

6. Order and conclusion of agreement

An agreement is concluded as soon as the customer places an order via the webshop and the payment has been successfully completed or confirmed by PeptideCenter.

PeptideCenter reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of suspected misuse, incorrect details, payment problems, stock errors, or violation of these terms and conditions.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been made, the amount paid will be refunded via the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

7. Prices and payment

All prices on peptidecenter.nl are displayed in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.

Any shipping costs, transaction fees, or other additional costs will be clearly stated before completing the order.

Payment is made via the payment methods offered in the webshop.

PeptideCenter is not obligated to ship an order until full payment has been received.

8. Delivery and shipping

PeptideCenter ships orders to the delivery address provided by the customer.

The customer is responsible for correctly entering name, address, email address, and other order details.

Shipping times are indicative. Exceeding a delivery time does not automatically entitle the customer to compensation.

If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details or because the customer fails to accept or collect the package in a timely manner, additional shipping costs may be charged to the customer.

9. Transfer of risk

The risk of damage to or loss of products passes to the customer as soon as the order has been received by or on behalf of the customer.

For business customers, the risk transfers at the moment PeptideCenter hands over the order to the carrier.

10. Right of withdrawal for consumers

In principle, consumers have the right to withdraw from the agreement for online purchases within 14 days of receipt of the order without giving any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must inform PeptideCenter within the withdrawal period via email or via the model withdrawal form.

After notifying the withdrawal, the consumer must return the product as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days.

Products must be returned unused, unopened, undamaged and, if reasonably possible, in their original packaging.

11. Exceptions, return costs and refunds

The right of withdrawal may be excluded for products that, for reasons of health protection, hygiene, safety, or quality assurance, are not suitable for return when the seal has been broken after delivery.

Opened, used, damaged, or unsealed products may be refused for return if resale, quality control, or safe processing is no longer possible.

The costs of return shipping are at the customer's expense, unless PeptideCenter has delivered an incorrect or defective product.

Upon correct cancellation, PeptideCenter will refund the received purchase amount, including standard shipping costs of the original delivery if the entire order is cancelled.

PeptideCenter may withhold reimbursement until the products have been received back or until the customer has demonstrated that the products have been returned.

12. Inspection upon receipt

The customer must check the order immediately upon receipt for accuracy, completeness, and visible damage.

Any defects, damage, or incorrectly delivered products must be reported as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of receipt, via support@peptidecenter.nl.

In the event of damage, the customer must include clear photos of the product, the packaging, and the shipping label.

13. Complaints

Complaints about products, delivery, or service can be submitted via support@peptidecenter.nl.

PeptideCenter aims to provide a substantive response to complaints within 14 days.

If a complaint requires more processing time, the customer will receive an acknowledgment of receipt within 14 days with an indication of the further timeframe.

14. Liability

PeptideCenter is not liable for damage resulting from incorrect, unsafe, unlawful, or non-research-related use of products.

PeptideCenter is not liable for damages resulting from the use of product information outside the intended research context.

PeptideCenter is solely liable for direct damage that is the direct result of an attributable failure on the part of PeptideCenter.

Any liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the relevant order, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

PeptideCenter is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, loss of profit, reputational damage, loss of data, or damage due to business interruption.

15. Use of website information

All information on peptidecenter.nl is intended as general product information.

PeptideCenter makes no medical claims and provides no guarantees regarding effects, results, safety, or suitability for a specific application.

The customer may not use information on the website as a substitute for professional, medical, legal, or scientific advice.

16. Age and qualification

By placing an order, the customer declares to be legally competent and authorized to order the products.

PeptideCenter reserves the right to refuse orders if there is doubt regarding the authority, age, intent, or legitimacy of the order.

17. Force Majeure

PeptideCenter is not obliged to fulfill obligations when this is reasonably impossible due to force majeure.

Force majeure includes, but is not limited to: disruptions at carriers, strikes, government measures, import or export restrictions, stock problems, technical malfunctions, fire, natural disasters, pandemics, or other circumstances beyond the control of PeptideCenter.

18. Intellectual property

All texts, images, logos, product information, design, and other content on peptidecenter.nl are the property of PeptideCenter or are used with the permission of the rights holders.

Dutch law applies to all agreements between PeptideCenter and the customer.

Disputes shall preferably be resolved by mutual agreement. If this is not possible, disputes may be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
