Product destination and research use statement<\/h2>\n          <p>\n            All PeptideCenter products are intended exclusively for research purposes and laboratory research.\n          <\/p>\n          <p>\n            The products are not intended for human consumption, injection, diagnostic use, therapeutic application, treatment, prevention, or use in humans or animals.\n          <\/p>\n          <p>\n            PeptideCenter provides no medical advice, no advice on use, no advice on dosage, and no advice regarding application outside a research context.\n          <\/p>\n          <p>\n            All information on peptidecenter.nl is intended solely as general product information within a research context. This information should not be construed as medical, pharmaceutical, therapeutic, or diagnostic advice.\n          <\/p>\n          <p>\n            The customer is personally responsible for the correct, safe, and legal handling of the products.\n          <\/p>\n        <\/section>\n\n        <section id=\"aanbod\" class=\"pc-terms-block\">\n          <h2>5. Range and product information<\/h2>\n          <p>\n            PeptideCenter strives to display all product information, prices, images, stock statuses, and specifications as accurately as possible.\n          <\/p>\n          <p>\n            Obvious errors, typographical errors, or mistakes in the offer are not binding on PeptideCenter.\n          <\/p>\n          <p>\n            Product images are indicative. Order and conclusion of agreement<\/h2>\n          <p>\n            An agreement is concluded as soon as the customer places an order via the webshop and the payment has been successfully completed or confirmed by PeptideCenter.\n          <\/p>\n          <p>\n            PeptideCenter reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of suspected misuse, incorrect details, payment problems, stock errors, or violation of these terms and conditions.\n          <\/p>\n          <p>\n            If an order is cancelled after payment has been made, the amount paid will be refunded via the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.\n          <\/p>\n        <\/section>\n\n        <section id=\"prijzen\" class=\"pc-terms-block\">\n          <h2>7. Prices and payment<\/h2>\n          <p>\n            Alle prijzen op peptidecenter.nl worden weergegeven in euro\u2019s en zijn inclusief btw, tenzij anders vermeld.\n          <\/p>\n          <p>\n            Any shipping costs, transaction fees, or other additional costs will be clearly stated before completing the order.\n          <\/p>\n          <p>\n            Payment is made via the payment methods offered in the webshop.\n          <\/p>\n          <p>\n            PeptideCenter is not obligated to ship an order until full payment has been received.\n          <\/p>\n        <\/section>\n\n        <section id=\"levering\" class=\"pc-terms-block\">\n          <h2>8. Levering en verzending<\/h2>\n          <p>\n            PeptideCenter ships orders to the delivery address provided by the customer.\n          <\/p>\n          <p>\n            The customer is responsible for correctly entering name, address, email address, and other order details.\n          <\/p>\n          <p>\n            Shipping times are indicative. Exceeding a delivery time does not automatically entitle the customer to compensation.\n          <\/p>\n          <p>\n            If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details or because the customer fails to accept or collect the package in a timely manner, additional shipping costs may be charged to the customer.\n          <\/p>\n        <\/section>\n\n        <section class=\"pc-terms-block\">\n          <h2>9. Transfer of risk<\/h2>\n          <p>\n            The risk of damage to or loss of products passes to the customer as soon as the order has been received by or on behalf of the customer.\n          <\/p>\n          <p>\n            For business customers, the risk transfers at the moment PeptideCenter hands over the order to the carrier.\n          <\/p>\n        <\/section>\n\n        <section class=\"pc-terms-block\">\n          <h2>10. Right of withdrawal for consumers<\/h2>\n          <p>\n            In principle, consumers have the right to withdraw from the agreement for online purchases within 14 days of receipt of the order without giving any reason.\n          <\/p>\n          <p>\n            To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must inform PeptideCenter within the withdrawal period via email or via the model withdrawal form.\n          <\/p>\n          <p>\n            After notifying the withdrawal, the consumer must return the product as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days.\n          <\/p>\n          <p>\n            Products must be returned unused, unopened, undamaged and, if reasonably possible, in their original packaging.\n          <\/p>\n        <\/section>\n\n        <section class=\"pc-terms-block\">\n          <h2>11. Exceptions, return costs and refunds<\/h2>\n          <p>\n            The right of withdrawal may be excluded for products that, for reasons of health protection, hygiene, safety, or quality assurance, are not suitable for return when the seal has been broken after delivery.\n          <\/p>\n          <p>\n            Opened, used, damaged, or unsealed products may be refused for return if resale, quality control, or safe processing is no longer possible.\n          <\/p>\n          <p>\n            The costs of return shipping are at the customer's expense, unless PeptideCenter has delivered an incorrect or defective product.\n          <\/p>\n          <p>\n            Upon correct cancellation, PeptideCenter will refund the received purchase amount, including standard shipping costs of the original delivery if the entire order is cancelled.\n          <\/p>\n          <p>\n            PeptideCenter may withhold reimbursement until the products have been received back or until the customer has demonstrated that the products have been returned.\n          <\/p>\n        <\/section>\n\n        <section class=\"pc-terms-block\">\n          <h2>12. Inspection upon receipt<\/h2>\n          <p>\n            The customer must check the order immediately upon receipt for accuracy, completeness, and visible damage.\n          <\/p>\n          <p>\n            Any defects, damage, or incorrectly delivered products must be reported as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of receipt, via support@peptidecenter.nl.\n          <\/p>\n          <p>\n            In the event of damage, the customer must include clear photos of the product, the packaging, and the shipping label.\n          <\/p>\n        <\/section>\n\n        <section class=\"pc-terms-block\">\n          <h2>13. Complaints<\/h2>\n          <p>\n            Complaints about products, delivery, or service can be submitted via <a href=\"mailto:support@peptidecenter.nl\">support@peptidecenter.nl<\/a>.\n          <\/p>\n          <p>\n            PeptideCenter aims to provide a substantive response to complaints within 14 days.\n          <\/p>\n          <p>\n            If a complaint requires more processing time, the customer will receive an acknowledgment of receipt within 14 days with an indication of the further timeframe.\n          <\/p>\n        <\/section>\n\n        <section class=\"pc-terms-block\">\n          <h2>14. Liability<\/h2>\n          <p>\n            PeptideCenter is not liable for damage resulting from incorrect, unsafe, unlawful, or non-research-related use of products.\n          <\/p>\n          <p>\n            PeptideCenter is not liable for damages resulting from the use of product information outside the intended research context.\n          <\/p>\n          <p>\n            PeptideCenter is solely liable for direct damage that is the direct result of an attributable failure on the part of PeptideCenter.\n          <\/p>\n          <p>\n            Any liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the relevant order, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.\n          <\/p>\n          <p>\n            PeptideCenter is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, loss of profit, reputational damage, loss of data, or damage due to business interruption.\n          <\/p>\n        <\/section>\n\n        <section class=\"pc-terms-block\">\n          <h2>15. Use of website information<\/h2>\n          <p>\n            All information on peptidecenter.nl is intended as general product information.\n          <\/p>\n          <p>\n            PeptideCenter makes no medical claims and provides no guarantees regarding effects, results, safety, or suitability for a specific application.\n          <\/p>\n          <p>\n            The customer may not use information on the website as a substitute for professional, medical, legal, or scientific advice.\n          <\/p>\n        <\/section>\n\n        <section class=\"pc-terms-block\">\n          <h2>16. Age and qualification<\/h2>\n          <p>\n            By placing an order, the customer declares to be legally competent and authorized to order the products.\n          <\/p>\n          <p>\n            PeptideCenter reserves the right to refuse orders if there is doubt regarding the authority, age, intent, or legitimacy of the order.\n          <\/p>\n        <\/section>\n\n        <section class=\"pc-terms-block\">\n          <h2>17. Force Majeure<\/h2>\n          <p>\n            PeptideCenter is not obliged to fulfill obligations when this is reasonably impossible due to force majeure.\n          <\/p>\n          <p>\n            Force majeure includes, but is not limited to: disruptions at carriers, strikes, government measures, import or export restrictions, stock problems, technical malfunctions, fire, natural disasters, pandemics, or other circumstances beyond the control of PeptideCenter.\n          <\/p>\n        <\/section>\n\n        <section class=\"pc-terms-block\">\n          <h2>18. Intellectual property<\/h2>\n          <p>\n            All texts, images, logos, product information, design, and other content on peptidecenter.nl are the property of PeptideCenter or are used with the permission of the rights holders.\n          <\/p>\n          <p>\n            It is not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or commercially use content from peptidecenter.nl without prior written permission.\n          <\/p>\n        <\/section>\n\n        <section class=\"pc-terms-block\">\n          <h2>19. Privacy<\/h2>\n          <p>\n            PeptideCenter processes personal data in accordance with the privacy policy available on peptidecenter.nl.\n          <\/p>\n          <p>\n            For information regarding the collection, use, storage, and protection of personal data, PeptideCenter refers to the privacy policy.\n          <\/p>\n        <\/section>\n\n        <section class=\"pc-terms-block\">\n          <h2>20. Amendment of terms and conditions<\/h2>\n          <p>\n            PeptideCenter behoudt zich het recht voor deze algemene voorwaarden te wijzigen.\n          <\/p>\n          <p>\n            The version valid at the time of ordering remains applicable to the relevant agreement, unless the customer agrees to a new version.\n          <\/p>\n        <\/section>\n\n        <section class=\"pc-terms-block\">\n          <h2>21. Applicable law<\/h2>\n          <p>\n            Dutch law applies to all agreements between PeptideCenter and the customer.\n          <\/p>\n          <p>\n            Disputes shall preferably be resolved by mutual agreement.
